IDENTIFICATION CARD
AIR SIDE ACCESS
Only persons who have valid reasons for requiring access to our airport grounds may apply for an authorization card and the associated access to the airside area of City Airport Mannheim.
These reasons include, for example:
- Own aircraft based
- Member of the local association
- Employees of local companies
- suppliers
- etc.
An application can only be processed once all documents have been received in full by City Airport Mannheim.

Application process:
- Fill out the form completely on your computer
- Please note the required attachments!
- Copy of valid identity card or passport
- Copy of background check
- Please have the association/company/authorized signatory sign and stamp this form.
- Send by email to zuep@edfm.aero or by post.
