Long Night of Art & Delights 2026 at City Airport Mannheim
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, it’s that time of year again: The Long Night of Art & Delights draws numerous visitors to Mannheim’s neighborhoods—and we’ll be there again this year!
This year, we’re celebrating 100 years of airport history and looking toward the future of aviation. To mark our 100th anniversary, a special photo exhibition featuring historical photographs from the airport’s early days awaits you in the terminal. Embark on an exciting journey through time and discover the beginnings of City Airport Mannheim.
At the same time, we’re looking ahead: Our exhibition on “Electric Aircraft & Green Energy in Aviation” shows how sustainable aviation is already possible today. Also on display is the fully electric Velis Electro aircraft from Pipistrel, which offers a glimpse into the mobility of tomorrow.
Once again, our popular nighttime runway tours are a special highlight. Experience City Airport from a whole new perspective and enjoy a unique glimpse into airport operations after sunset.
There's plenty to do for our younger guests, too: With the DLRG's box slide and a Bobby Car obstacle course, they're guaranteed never to get bored.
Our Airport Bistro Caffè Chicco d’Oro is here to take care of your culinary needs, welcoming you with hot drinks, light snacks, and a cozy atmosphere.
